Ken Priebe
CPA, CHAE (Certified Hospitality Account Executive)

Ken has extensive public accounting experience.  His practice is, and always has been, in individual and business tax returns.  Ken began his career with KPMG in Minneapolis, MN and then spent 18 years with LarsonAllen, LLP in Brainerd, MN.  The last ten years he served as principal at LarsonAllen LLP which was then a top 20 CPA firm in the country, providing Ken with valuable training and exposure to a myriad of tax issues. Ken’s vast experience with small business includes, but is not limited to, medical practices, the hospitality industry and general ‘mom and pop’ type businesses. Business owners and individuals alike appreciate Ken’s ability to listen, see the big picture immediately and provide solutions to their issues. 

Ken is licensed as a CPA in Idaho and Minnesota, is licensed nationally as a CHAE, is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the ISCPA (Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants).  
Ken enjoys teaching bible class; in his spare time, Ken will be in the wilderness hiking or hunting.

Bruce Peterson
CPA, Consultant, BP Financial Services, Inc.

Bruce Peterson started BP Financial in 1989. He grew the business through quality work and by showing true dedication and caring to his clients. While Bruce has other business ventures to pursue, expect to see him in the Fruitland office still serving clients.

Ann Bennight
Senior Accountant, QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Ann has been completing tax returns since 1997, and now tends to focus on business returns.  She has responsibility in the office for reviewing all payrolls, setting up payrolls, teaching QuickBooks to our clients, reviewing client records and making required adjusting entries.  She is very familiar with both Idaho and Oregon payroll tax law.  Ann has been using QuickBooks since 1997 and has been a QuckBooks ProAdvisor since 2008. 

Ann has a BS degree in Business Administration from Oregon State University focusing on accounting and finance, with a minor in computer science.  She has passed the CMA (Certified Managerial Accountant) test, which is similar to the CPA exam, except it concentrates on relevant areas for management accountants. 

In her spare time, Ann helps her husband manage their cattle ranch.

Barb Peterson
Accounting Services, Payroll Specialist

Barb greets you as you enter our Fruitland office. But Barb is not only a receptionist…she has been using QuickBooks and been completing payrolls and performing bookkeeping functions for our clients since 2003. 

She knows and understands Idaho and Oregon payroll tax law, so is able to assist many clients who have income or employees in either, or both, states.  Barb can do tax assembly in her sleep, she’s been putting tax returns together since 1993. 

Barb is the main "tax interviewer" for our Fruitland office – meaning she’ll take your information, ask you the pertinent questions, and will explain it to you when it’s all done.

Who is Barb? She is our Customer Service Specialist.  She will always make sure your needs are met.

Norma Olson
Accounting Services, Tax Specialist

Norma started as the receptionist in 2003, and immediately grew into a tax-season pinch-hitter role.  We were able to hire her full-time in 2011 and are excited to have her on staff with us.   During January Norma is our lead on payroll tax forms including the 1099 and W2 series.  During the rest of tax season, she focuses on the Form 1040 series but rounds her time out with business tax returns, payrolls and receptionist duties.  She has been using QuickBooks since 2004 and helps our clients in their bookkeeping needs. Norma steps in and does whatever is needed and with her background she does so quite easily.
