Ken Priebe
CPA, CHAE (Certified Hospitality Account Executive)

Ken has extensive public accounting experience.  His practice is, and always has been, in individual and business tax returns.  Ken began his career with KPMG in Minneapolis, MN and then spent 18 years with LarsonAllen, LLP in Brainerd, MN.  The last ten years he served as principal at LarsonAllen LLP which was then a top 20 CPA firm in the country, providing Ken with valuable training and exposure to a myriad of tax issues. Ken’s vast experience with small business includes, but is not limited to, medical practices, the hospitality industry and general ‘mom and pop’ type businesses. Business owners and individuals alike appreciate Ken’s ability to listen, see the big picture immediately and provide solutions to their issues. 

Ken is licensed as a CPA in Idaho and Minnesota, is licensed nationally as a CHAE, is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and the ISCPA (Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants).  
Ken enjoys teaching bible class; in his spare time, Ken will be in the wilderness hiking or hunting.

Deb Priebe
CPA, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Deb serves our clients at the Eagle office.  She focuses on individual and business tax returns.  As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she consults and assists businesses with accounting and payroll needs in whatever capacity they require. She brings over 20 years of accounting and managerial experience to Treasure Valley Tax including public accounting, ERISA, technical plan documentation, customer service, operational management, and software development.  She spent ten years as a Project Manager, managing multi-million dollar projects, and has managed departments of up to 65 individuals.

Deb is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), ISCPA (Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants).  She is also a member of the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program, in which she is certified in QuickBooks 2012, 2011, 2010 and QuickBooks Enterprise.  Deb participates of the Eagle Chamber of Commerce, BNI (Business Networking International), is involved with the Eagle High School Choral Boosters and her church worship team.

Beth Bayliss
Accounting Services, Certified Bookkeeper

Beth joins Treasure Valley Tax with a strong background in bookkeeping and office management. Beth has used various accounting software for helping clients with their financial information.  She has extensive experience in bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivables, payroll and QuickBooks.  She has been a Full Charge Bookkeeper for over 20 years.  Beth Is a Certified Bookkeeper, meaning she has passed the exam given by the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and maintains annual training requirements.

Beth enjoys hiking, camping, board games and family time.
